Full send under the lights at Dade City MX 🌙

Dade City under the lights is a totally different animal compared to the Saturday morning grind. This clip shows a few laps chasing through the rhythm section once the bulbs are finally warmed up. You can see how the shadows stretch out across the transitions, which honestly makes everything look way faster than it feels when you are actually in the seat. The air gets that heavy, humid Florida feel once the sun drops, so the bike usually runs a little crispier. It felt good to just let it eat without worrying about the heat beating me down for once.

If you look closely at the face of that big triple, you will notice how the ruts get buried in that orange glow. You really have to trust your lines because the high contrast makes it hard to see the loose marble stuff sitting on top of the hard pack. I found myself overshooting the landing a couple of times because the stadium lighting messes with your depth perception on the way down. I realized after watching this back that the footage looks sick, but I need to start getting better at explaining the setup or the goal for the session. Just posting the raw speed is cool for a second, but telling you guys what I was actually working on with my feet or my entry speed would have made this more useful for anyone trying to shave time.
